Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

    • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM PST).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing and Shipping Location

  • All orders are processed and shipped from California.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $70 or more. Please note that the shipping threshold applies to the total paid after discounts are applied and before taxes.

  • Orders below $70 will incur a shipping and handling fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect address details.

Shipping Outside the United States

  • We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
